TASA's Ethical Line is a communication channel that is available to all of our stakeholders for reporting real or potential actions of our collaborators or related parties which represent a breach of our Code of Ethics or are opposed to our values.
Through this channel, complaints are received regarding practices contrary to human rights, such as discrimination, mistreatment, abuse and harrassment; non-compliance of legal and regulatory norms; damage to the environment; manipulation of financial and non-financial information; asset theft; corruption; bribery; fraud or any other activity which is contrary to the norms established in our Code of Conduct and Ethics.
The cases reported through our Ethical Line must be true and verifiable; unsubstantiated reports will not be accepted. Reports will be handled with absolute confidentiality by a committee of TASA's senior management.
