Canned Fish
The Human Consumption Business Unit offers a range of canned products from Jack Mackerel, Mackerel, Tunny, Anchovy and another pelagic species in either fillets, chunks or grated and in various packing medium that are marketed in packages of different sizes for the retail and industrial market at local and international levels.
We have production agreements for canned products with plants located in the north and central coast of the country, which are supplied with fish from our vessels.
Our objective is to offer a high quality value-added product, for which we take great care of the raw materials and maintain an appropriate cold chain to preserve it properly until the final product is obtained.
