IFFO Leadership and Innovation Awards

International recognition obtained in the "Innovation" category for our research and development project on anchovy collagen peptides, and in the "Leadership" category for our SUMAQ project aimed at training women from Huanta (Ayacucho), in the production and marketing of salted, pressed and vacuum packed anchovy that does not require refrigeration.
