In Callao we have an automated plant that has a production capacity of 620 MT per day and a storage capacity of 14,500 MT. Thanks to this, we can offer our customers top quality fresh and frozen fish such as Horse Mackerel (Trachurus murphyi) and Mackerel (Scomber japonicus). Both species are very rich in Omega 3 (EPA and DHA), which helps control cholesterol and prevent cardiovascular disease.
